These cameras are making our intersections LESS safe as the yellow lights are to increase revenues at intersections where cameras are present.

I State Sen. Dan SB 2466 to ban red light cameras statewide, except at railroad crossings.

Small fields can be very tricky in race tempo but some time they are very predictable also.Large fields your horse can get caught up in traffic you some time need luck .Also when there is a small field you mostly have a priced fav Bigger race fields unless there is a standout (ex. sea the stars ) are more open. So my choice would be middle 10 to 14 is ideal . But to answer your question larger would be my preference .But if you like something small or large fields back it. Good luck

I like small fields where evenly matched competition. When 6 horses and all between 2-1 and 10-1, good value. But small fields where one or two obvious horses means that those two will be around 6-5 and the horses that likely to win are 10-1… then the favorites win and the payouts are all a couple dollars… just not it to bet $2 to win an extra $0.10.

It kinda depends on the track. I live in Cleveland, so my nearest track is Thistledown. The fields there are usually very small, the wagering pools are small, and the payouts are small. So you really have to wait for a large field to be able to find some value. But at other tracks like Keeneland, you can get a field of 6 horses, but find a lot of value… like the 3rd race on Sunday… 6 horses, the winner was 6-1 and the exacta paid $40… not too shabby.

In theory, I like small fields because I feel like I have a better chance to win (my horse only has to beat 5 horses rather than 10), but in reality, you need a large field to find the value.

A morning line is someoneâ€™s estimate of what each horseâ€™s closing odds will be. It also could be someoneâ€™s opinion of what they think each horseâ€™s chances should be. morning line is 8-5, however that could change never set. That because in the parimutual system the odds are determined by the betting pool. In this system if you make your bet on horse number 8 when the toteboard says the odds are 8-5 you are not guaranteed to get that payout, the odds will rise and fall prior to the running of the race when the pools are closed.

Zenyatta will be racing against 11 other horses, including her makes a 12-horse field.

Originally this years Classic was going to be final race, the same race she won last year at this time… but I read today that Breeders' Cup Classic might not be the final for Zenyatta after all, co-owner Jerry Moss said at post-position draw after the undefeated 6-year-old mare was installed the heavy favorite at 8-5 to win the Classic for the second straight year. A victory would run her record to 20-for-20. The who own Zenyatta are keeping options open, and decided to take race by race. Also, due to this news,there are no plans to breed her either after the Cup.

Zenyatta is an amazing mare, she has brought so much excitement and fun to the horse racing industry. routing for her Saturday..and above all I wish her safety first.

First the 8-5 on the morning line: The line is the projected wagering odds she will go off at, ($8 return for every $5 you wager). The actual price will be set by the wagering.

Post eight of 12 means that there are 12 horse entered to run, and she is in post position number 8, meaning on the outside, with 7 other horses inside (toward the rail) of her.

Hi Alexa, it might be that your service book has not been sent to you. You can call your service provider to send the service books or try reregistering your device.

Go into Options | Advanced Options | Host Routing table. Select the bold entry, hit the menu button and choose Register Now.

Then reset the device by taking out the battery for 1 minute and replace it. Afterwards the device will reboot in around 1-3 minutes.

I believe "mms" means "multimedia message"..but I could be wrong about that lol..anyways..after you activate facebook mobile..just the picture you want to upload into a text message and then send it to.. ..that should send it directly to your page. Hope I could help you out there!

quite .long, since both those ingredeant are used to help irritation and redness. if you would like o treat acne and zap them fast, get a mild cleanser of any sort for your skin type (ex. oily, dry, normal, etc), an benezole peroxide product, which is a common acne fighing ingredeant (ex clean & clear persa-gel5) and a moisturizer. also i would invest in clinique's healing gel. use those first 3 producs as your skin regime and do it twice daily and your your 100% aleo vera+vitamin E at night to reduce redness,but aleo vera gel can clog pore s if u use it, say, 3-5+ times per week use a bit of baking soda to rub around your face before u cleanse to unclog pores naturally. the clinique product… at around 3pm u should lightly cleanse the affected areas lightly and dry after,use your finger tip and squeeze out a bit and just quickly dapp it on the pimple. i may tingle a bit or brn slightly but suck it up because it can really work fast

for the very best results wash face right when u wake up or durring your morning shower (depending if you take a shower in the morning) and at night at least 1hr before bed or durring you night shower (depending if u take a shower at night)

Aloe Vera fresh from the stalk is an excellent topical calming agent.
I use it for sun burns, redness on the face and neck, and under my eyes to reduce puffiness.
You can use it as an anti-bacterial salve on burns and cuts, as it also promotes skin rejuvenation with vitamins E and C, but it also contains zinc.
You can use it as an after shave, drink 10ml or so of fresh aloe juice is supposed to cleanse the skin, as well as using it as a cleanser directly on the face to rid blemishes, or even boil fresh leaves of the Aloe plant and breathe in the vapor to clear chest congestion or asthmatic restriction of the bronchial tubes.

I personally love Scottrade. $7 is pretty much the lowest commission I can get based on how much money I have.
I've got around 5k and I just dip in and out every once and a while–
I rarely day trade. Market's not very forgiving right now.
I'd wait until late February before you start day trading actually. That's when my uncle and I seem to think the market is going to start a consistent bear-like trend.

It is not technically day trading if you hold the stock overnight.

The shortest I held a stock was when I bought it during a short squeeze and sold it premarket the next day (it dropped back from there when the regular markets opened). Even though I owned it less than 24 hours, it was not considered day trading by SEC regulations.

But directly to your question, think of "day-trading" more as "trading within the day" as opposed to "trading daily." A 24 hour holding period for any stock…or more technically holding a stock through one closing bell…moves a trader outside the "day-trading" classification.

Most accounts will be classified pattern day trader with 4 or more round trips within 5 or less days.

Insider trading is the trading of a corporation's stock or other securities (e.g. bonds or stock options) by individuals with potential access to non-public information about the company.

So were you privy to information that is not public, especially info that would make you believe the company was about to go up in prices.

if not its not insider trading, just because you did some work for them doesnt make you an insider
